The Hedeby Style Viking Boot covers a wide range of dates throughout the Middle Ages. The leather used to make these boots is tanned using the centuries old tanning process using only natural barks instead of harsh chemicals used in modern tanning processes. Made with 4-5 ounce top grain leather uppers and a thick sole leather for the sole, all sewing is hand stitched and is as close as we can get to the medieval style of craftsmanship. The shoes are sized to US sizes, Order your regular shoe size. The shoes are made on a regular width shoe last. If you have a wider foot, we can stretch the shoes to accommodate up to a EE width.
